I brought the meatballs which were a hit. ALL the credit goes to my lovely wife Patricia who stayed up late last night preparing the dish. We have several requests for the recipe. On the menu: roasted chicken marinated in soy, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar and dusted with paprika. garlic mushroom and greenbeams manchego cheese and pesto on italian bread carrot cake (from Wegmans) We usually forgo the traditional Thanksgiving fare since both Patricia and I don't care so much for turkey.
