Ever see that bumper plate that says, "you should see my other car"? I feel much of that vibe with my second laptop, a 17" MacBook Pro. As mentioned in the my previous Office Gear post, I also carry around a 15" that I use as a desktop replacement and where I do a majority of my work except for blogging. So why two?
Well, don't judge this Macintosh by its cover because most of the time it's running Vista. Macheads may consider this a travesty but I just consider this a great feature! Because of this dual boot option, I will always buy Macs for ironically the CHOICE it provides me.
Ok, back the to reason. Although personally I'm definitely in the Mac camp of things, many of SAF's members for sure are not. Many of the presentations I've given and more in the future include live demos and how tos. It's tough enough to convey the primary message of your presentation, let alone explain that "Safari" or "iPhoto" is a Mac thing.
So far, I actually believe this is the best Vista machine I have ever used! This would include two machines I built myself at home and another laptop I have here in the office. Why? Talk about irony but Apple has done a magnificent job with Windows driver support. Compare this to the trouble I had with an Asus motherboard with an Nvidia chipset. It only took me less than an hour to have Vista humming while it finally took me seven days for that motherboard.
The secret to Apple's success lies in a program that comes with Mac OS X called Bootcamp. This program allows you to easily set up the partition on your Mac to accept not only Windows OSs but others such as Linux. After you install your flavor of Windows, the Mac OS X install disk that came with the machine also includes all the drivers to support Windows XP and Vista. Great stuff.
And if I ever tire of Windows? You can reboot back into the Mac OS X just by holding down the option key at reboot. In addition to the blogging stuff I do using, I also prefer this setup because it also allows me to play games -- the real reason? Well, I have 512 megs of video memory. It'd be a waste not to use it all.
For the gear heads out there, here are specs: 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 gigs of RAM and 200 gig harddrive with 512 of video memory. The video memory drives the higher resolution option of 1920 x 1200. Vista Ultimate 32-bit is the Windows flavor at the moment.

For newly released a new paragraph, not directly emphasized the internal performance of Samsung has stepped brutal, but "side express"-how powerful is it?
It is said that the notebook Series 6 not only can withstand the weight of nearly 1000 kg, and even from falling objects hit 76 cm high place, its normal run of wood without any problems. Is simply quite durable and high security.
